Things I have figured out:

Either you are driving 55-60 mph, or you are at a 4 corner stop sign intersection.  Everyone waits their turn at the stop sign.  And, there is no inbetween from 0-55mph!

Everyone is shiny happy people here.  I ordered a cup of coffee at In and Out Burger, and my server Barbie (yes, that was her name) was so gd cheerful for my order.  This had me sitting at a table laughing till I cried.  If I come east and seem cheeful (or a little too cheerful), I am sure someone will flick that gadabout cheerfulness right out of me!

Even my cats are acting silly. WTF? haha. 

2 mins of rain....

Merry Christmas from socal.   What I have found out- 2 mins of rain is a storm! Having a very satisfying dinner for Christmas ain't too shabby.
